Pizza University was created to meet the need for skilled pizza makers through immersive training that combines theory and hands-on practice. Students learn to perfect dough, sauce, crust, and ingredient selection for truly authentic and healthy pizza. Taught by world-famous pizzaiolos and pizzaiolas, our programs include monthly 3-day in-person intensives and 90-minute online classes focused on various pizza styles. Online classes are also available on-demand for purchase anytime.
